Our Service Principles
Person-Centred Approach
At BayPoint Complex Integrated Services, our services are designed to empower individuals through a person-centred approach. Each person at BCIS will have an Individual Support Plan (ISP) that is not just a plan for them, but a plan with them. We develop the ISP collaboratively with the person and their circle of support to reflect their short-term and long-term goals
Strength-Based Approach Model
At BayPoint Complex Integrated Services, we help our clients to find and celebrate their unique strengths. Our support is based on leveraging each person's unique abilities to set and achieve their goals. Our programs are tailored to empower individuals, celebrating their strengths, and building their confidence.
Skill Acquisition and Training
Key core services at BayPoint Complex Integrated Services will be focused on developing essential life skills, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), to promote greater independence and self-sufficiency.
Community Integration
At BayPoint Complex Integrated Services, we believe in the power of community. We foster meaningful community engagement by creating opportunities for participation, inclusion, and social connections within the broader community. We see our stakeholders as part of this community, and we value their involvement in our programs.
